7.1 Each party warrants that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that its execution will not violate any obligation by which it is bound.

7.2 The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Provider against all claims, losses and liabilities howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, in connection with the Services.
